If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on the Cancellation & Return/Refunds/Replacement Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be noticed that orders only can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours after being placed.

If you want  to modify or cancel your order, please contact us HERE to send your request, our customer support team is willing to support you. 

Please notice:

*If your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it, therefore, please contact our Customer Service HERE as quickly as possible. 

*If you insist to cancel/modify a processing order, you might be charged 50% the payment. 

*If your order was shipped out already, nothing can be changed any longer.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that Fusgy's products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns. However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please following the Refund and Replacement below:

REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY

We do not replacement or refund items unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Design errors/wrong order: Completely wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print.
  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.
  • Defective/Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Order was sent to the wrong address.

You could request a refund or a replacement within 20 days of receiving your order or 45 days from the order date. Please contact our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number or Order email or Transaction/invoice id
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
